Who is this course for?

For learners starting in IT support or filling gaps in everyday computer troubleshooting. The course covers the two A+ exam cores separately so you can follow the hardware and networking topics in Core 1, then operating systems and support procedures in Core 2.

WHAT YOU WILL STUDY

Build understanding before practising

Begin with the purpose of each component and the evidence a symptom provides. Work through compatibility, safe service, network connections and operating-system tools before making a support decision. A+ needs both cores from the same exam series; the course uses 220-1201 and 220-1202.

How a study session works

  1. Read the lesson. Follow the ideas, diagrams and worked examples at your own pace.
  2. Check your understanding. Answer the topic checks and read why an answer works.
  3. Finish and continue. Complete the lesson checks to unlock your next lesson. Missed answers stay in mistake review so you can revisit them later.

The questions are original study practice, not real exam questions or exam dumps. Practice scores do not predict an exam pass, and completing a StudyKernel course does not award a vendor credential.
